Medium Rotary Vane Compressors

Description

Sweetwater, oil free rotary vane compressors are compact, easy to service, and excellent for moderate pressure, continuous duty applications. They move more than double the air of piston compressors and with extended longevity. 

Sacrificial oil-free carbon vanes automatically adjust to maintain compressor efficiency as they wear. Vanes need to be replaced occasionally, which requires common household tools. Vane life expectancy is 12 to 36 months depending on operating pressure. You can find replacement vane sets here.

Thermal overload protection, air filter, inlet check valve, and 8' power cord is included. Ten psi models work to a depth of up to 23 feet, and 15 psi models work to up to 34 feet, depending on tubing diameter and run distance.

All Sweetwater rotary vane compressors are performance tested and covered by a one-year warranty (not including air filters, vanes, water damage or lightning damage).

Although all models can be rewired in the field it is best if you specify required voltage when ordering, so we can supply the correct power cord (all single-phase models will be wired 115V if not specified). Three phase units do not include a cord. Check valves are recommended where long underwater runs of air tubing can fill with water when the compressor is off.
